when you successfully cop from JJ, he become Saint Jimmy, but for the most part I know him as Backpack Jimmy, that son of gun I hate seeing him

ive never tried to cop from jj before. its always eastbay or fnl for me. might as well give it a shot while most folks are out tonight.
 
i wonder what is the story behind backpack jimmy?

does he know how much grief he gives ppl when they see him
