With the 8s being one of the retros that always had higher price, I wonder what the price will be 2023. I’m guessing 330$ CAD which is ridiculous for a pair of shoes.

If they have the same build quality as the 2015 Aqua’s and have the red pull tab, I’ll need multiples…
That being said…. FINALLY we’re getting rereleases. Please please make these and the aquas in good quality.

In looks, sure. Quality was junk in the uppers and comfort by a large degree. Reminds me of the infrapinks VIs back in what 2014, 15 or whatever it was. Same problem.2015’s were as close to OG as just about any retro has gotten at this point…
If they do these and Aquas good this go around I’m all in like Flynn baby

I’m in for these. Wore the last version from 2013 I believe for miles and miles walking for work. Sold them last year for $50 so will need another pair to run into the ground. Trust me I wear them and wear them down for every dollar I spend on them!

8’s are inherently uncomfortable…Same for the 6’s…The 2015’s were pretty damn close to OG’s, including the cardboard strobel…I happen to have my OG Aqua’s out…I’ll snap a few pics tomorrow…That particular pair was about the closest to OG’s JB has gotten at this point, but then again that was when they were really coming up on the whole remaster initiative…These get anywhere close to those then we’ll be good…

I never found 8s uncomfortable in feel, just hot. The straps were fire, but they made my foot hot as hell. This retro will probably do that to.

My 07 retros are still in great shape visually speaking, but like many J's from that era, the midsole is probably about to crack open and the outsole will start to come unglued if I wear them on court for more than just shooting around without moving too much.
I'm definitely in for a new pair!

Although the aquas were close as hell to the OG, they still remained uncomfortable.
I'd wear them more if that wasn't the case.

Never bought the VIIIs when I was a kid cuz he wasn’t playin fall 93 when I’d typically get my pair for school. Missed these last time, I’m def in for a pair baby. Hate we gotta wait so long but these will be a highlight for me next year.
