I would ask a physiotherapist in your case. that would be the most logical thing to do. or a chiropractor. so far with my 34 SEs, they're good.

Half a size up in the 34s fits me best. TTS might work if you have narrow feet, but mine are wide.

TTS for me, but I have narrow feet and I like my ball shoes snug. You can def get away with .5 up if you like some space for your toes.
