If one or two more of these things blow out NBA players will either stop wearing them or Nike will make all the PE pairs reinforced in the toe or something. Some of the bigger players shoes are probably already modified

I remember when they had a modified outsole for Lebron on the 15s since he was having some sprain incidents with the regular 15. That mod was implemented on the 16s the next year.

Yeah PE pairs had a very pronounced outrigger that would have saved me from the terrible sprain I had in my left ankle in those smh

I was very careful wearing those, I was so wary of my landings. a teammate of mine who wore the same shoes wasn't so lucky. on the otherhand, love the 15s over the 16s.
