No it wasn't a raffle I was there Late Thurs./Early Fri. to get in line.
First come first serve.
It was 3 am on Saturday morning and out of the 30 pairs only 23 had been accounted for.
So I called in favors and was able to get some people to come to the spot and buy a few more pairs for me.

I was there too....that whole group got there ticket called (they was from VA)...and they kept calling numbers people didnt even have....
I dont think no one that actually lives in DC copped at Minn. Ave.

Guy called at least 20 non-existing tickets.
Here is what I believe he was doing...
I think he was calling numbers outta his head, while looking at a ticket that came outta the bag.
Then, calling the numbers that he knew his boys had...mixed in, so they wont win back to back.
Literally, he called over 20 numbers with no winner.
That does not happen when they had just handed out the raffle tickets an hour or so prior.
