For those who don't visit NT daily, or who don't feel like looking through 5 different posts for all of the Air Jordan XIX pictures, you can find them all here:

Sorry guys: yet another menacing email from Nike has demanded the official product image be removed from NikeTalk. The official product image, posted on NT by quietballa via Nostradamus187, was apparently taken by Nike and it technically belongs to them. It's not my call.

DO NOT post that image on NikeTalk. We have no choice but to delete it on site. This INCLUDES any photoshop colorway alterations.

However, you CAN still get a good idea of what the XIX looks like from these spy pics:

These were the first publicly available pictures of the XIX, taken by JumpmanSt at MJ's camp in Santa Barbara, CA.

As a side commentary - I find it interesting that Nike is giving us legal grief for exposing their intellectual property when, as it happens, Michael Jordan and Gentry Humphrey have (as you can see) been wearing the shoe in PUBLIC.

The pictures you'll find in this thread are property of their respective owners - none of whom are under the employ of Nike Inc. ALL of the pictures currently found in this thread have been taken in public and are NOT being used for ANY financial gain.

New pictures will be added shortly after they become available.

Here's the official catalog description of the Air Jordan XIX. Keep in mind that some details included in the official description may change prior to release date.

Upper: Full grain leather and nubuck uppers with a foam-backed collar lining for added comfort. A new innovative tech flex material in the vamp offers extreme breathability along with flexibility and support in all the right areas. This tech flex system works with a new speed lacing toggle, combined with a new powerful magnetic heel strapping system never before used on a shoe. A new last brings an elegant toe shape to the upper finished off with a full grain patent leather. Jordan detailing and logos add sophistication to the upper.

Midsole: Phylon midsole with a double stack Air Sole unit in the heel combined with a full length zoom air bag. Chrome TPU jumpman in the heel. Extended 3/4 length carbon fiber shank for added midfoot support.

Outsole: Modified solid rubber herringbone traction pattern combined with a high polished translucent rubber on the outsole. New flex groove details on the outsole for added flexibility.

Profile: Inspired by the most dangerous snake on earth, the Air Jordan XIX exemplifies the level of greatness that only MJ himself could attain.

Suggested Retail: $175

* It should be noted that several rumors from reliable sources have suggested that the actual retail price of the XIX will ultimately drop from that figure prior to release, and could be set as low as $150.

The first color due out will be White/Flint Grey - Black (pictured above) and the shoe is scheduled for a March 2004 release. According to NT member AirMax2k3, the exact date is tentatively set at March 13, 200[/b]

Oh, and to correct the most common misconception about this shoe: the lace cover is removable.
