Besides the obvious health, STDs, hygiene, kids etc...
- Music tastes / has a problem with mine
- Smokes cigarettes
- Drinks excessively
- Plays mind games / is controlling
- Doesn't give me space / clingy
- No sense of style
- Doesn't like sports... Doesn't like rugby... Doesn't like the fact that I like sports and know a fair bit about the ones I love
- Needs to know where I am at ALL times.
- Has a problem with the industry I'm getting into / the fact I'm the only girl in my classes
- Condescending
- Close minded
- Tries to force his beliefs, thoughts, whatever onto me if I don't agree. I'll hear you out, but !*!+ if you think that because you're my guy I'm going to take everything you say as gospel.

Aside from the obvious...
A big dealbreaker or turn-off is someone with no ambition or want.
The go-to-college-and-get-a-degree route may not be for everyone, and if that's not for you, at least have a plan as to how you'll support yourself and succeed in the future. I don't want someone who is fine with working minimum wage for the rest of his life.
Oh, and self-righteousness. Hate that.
