Man. If Amare can't see what's going on and get with THIS program....
I've been one to say we can be better with out Amare. But I've been thinking about how much longer we have him under contract and how much we spending and I've come around to thinking Amare can help us.
Obviously the PG play will be an advantage for STAT and he'll be getting a lot of easy buckets for us. Even though J.R. Is playing really well for us, he still can over iso himself when Melo isnt out there, I think a second unit of him and Amare as the #1 option would be effective and more efficient.
The most important thing for Amare will be the defense. And unfortunately that's his worst skill on the court. But if THIS kind of effort from his teammates doesn't rub off....
So are we getting the Fanta style alt jerseys this year??[br][br][br][br]
when is amare supposed to come back anyway

Could there be anything more throwback than this: #Knicks are the NBA's No. 1 defensive team. More: #fb
After four games, the team ranks No. 1 in two key defensive categories: Opponent scoring (87.5 points per game against) and Opponent shooting (40.7% FG against).
They are also tied for third in forcing turnovers, at 18.0 per game by their opponents and third in steals at 10.25 per game.
Mike Woodson pointed out -- with pride -- after Friday's win over the Mavericks, who scored 57 points in the first half but finished with 94 points for the game, that his team has held teams under 40 points in the second half of all four games so far this season.
Another impressive statistic involves fourth quarter defense by the Knicks. In the four games so far, the Knicks have held opponents to just 18.75 points per game in the final quarter. The most a team has scored on them in the final quarter is 21, by the Miami Heat in the season opener. The lowest is 16, by the Mavs.
It’s a look Carlisle knows well. In fact, the Knicks, even without injured center Amar’e Stoudamire, have a lot of similarities to Carlisle’s 2011 title team.
New York is an older team with a centerpiece player, Carmelo Anthony, who has a history of playoff disappointments. Does that sound like Nowitzki pre-2011?

is that the world's strongest man, mark henry?
the **** is mark henry doing out there?
