Well he used to be in charge of Strahans gap. (polishing, maintenance, and protection) Now that he's retired he doesn't really do much there.

,  at first mine didn't listen to me but now they do, but some players hardly show up that's why I'm 3-3, tell them you'll do something embarrassing if they win the ship, it worked for me
