I been pretty much doing this since I left my job and I'm feeling like a bum now. I used to work 6 days a week so getting to just sit around all day was great but now it's like.... Not great smh and I haven't even been without a job for a week now

man that's great for YOU, but there's no reason to come in here putting people down calling them lazy and ****. As I'm sure you know the job market out here is crap and a LOT of people don't have the business sense or even the ideas to be an entrepreneur.
Instead of putting people down provide real suggestions/advice how ppl can advance forward with their lives instead of letting everybody know you've accomplished so many great things...that ain't helping nobody.
No flame, but I'm just saying.

yeah finding a good job is easier said than done. Even finding a crap job isint as easy as it should be. You know its bad when people make a big deal about working at a footlocker like they just became the CEO of a firm.

If you are looking for a job and have nothing to do in the meantime try looking for a Goodwill/Career Connections in your area. You can apply for grants to take classes like certification classes. Im currently going to class to get my A+. If you are approved they pay for it and all you have to do is check in with your counselor once a month by phone, or email. Also you can take any class you want like Network +, MCSE etc, and not only computers. Its gets you out of the house and you are enhancing your resume as well.

motivated to go out there and get it.
this is why im floating through all da sections, i NEVER wanna feel like i can't afford something if i dont try, thats a awful feeling.

every day i wake up, its another opportunity to get that paper, so i can dress how i want, eat what i want, save on what i wanna save on.

however, that would always just be a "nuclear" option...never ever want to ever think i wanna "sell" what i already have under distress just to cover
stuff that money coming in should already take care of.
this is why alot of "sneakerheads" instagram/fb stunt...they'll cop something, take pics of it, and sell it a couple of weeks later, repeat da cycle.

It's a sad sad cycle. I hate it. I cannnot stand being home at 9am with nothing to do. my normal day is something like this
Wake up around 8am, watch Mike an dmike
10 am Gym
Noon, lunch
1-2 more tv
2-6 Nap
8-10:30 bs side job
Midnight to 4 (most days) get drunk with friends
Rinse, wash, repeat. smh

when i was fully unemployed i would try to get out the the house. staying at home will drive you insane. wake up, eat, internet (job search, email, etc), and not an hr has even passed
my advice while you job search...
go take a course or two or do volunteer work. it's a great way to meet people and network
hit up the gym and try to stay active
find any type of work. some cash>none. i remember helping my building manager doing some labor work and it kept me busy

Even when im employed im looking for other employment opportunities. Idk if that makes sense but yea.
Always looking for a job with better pay, better benefits, more relevant to my career interests.. and theyre all part time gigs so it doesnt hurt.
