my ex wants to hit up the police cuz i got a video of us doing sum nasty things....she wannem back.. according to her she was 17 when the video was made....ifanything it was probably like a week or two before her 18th birthday i think. We were both born on the same year, her mom knew i was dating, and i was just asnaked as she was in the video!!! I cant even find the memory card with it!!! is it possible she can take this too far? Please help me out!! this broad sayin igot until Tuesday.. smh..

17 is legal in most states
 
that i have.. but its LOST!! she got texts of me saying i dont know where it is.. she said she was gonna use that. this broad is crazy man!!

Stat. Rape is sex with a minor fam.....And idc if it was 2 mins before her 18th bday...she was still 17 at the time...
 
She could probably sue you if you posted it online or showed it to anybody and you didn't have her sign a release garnering approval for distribution.

truuu.. but like u kno how they put ppl on trial!?!? they consider late 17 yr olds adults and wut not. iunno im just sayin wut if they do that?
 
just erase it... they can't charge you without evidence.
tell them you didn't hit record... the end.
lie detectors don't stand up in court... so just deny it and you'll be fine if they can't find evidence.

That's a loophole then, because I don't see how if it is legal for a 17 year old to have sex, how being in possession of porn with a 17 year old isillegal.

The whole reason why child porn is illegal is because it's illegal to be having sex with children in the first place.

statutory rape isnt contingent on consent. It's rape by statute because one of the parties is a minor and minority means that by law, they are incapable ofconsenting .

As foir The child pr0n thing, it depends on your state's pr0n laws, the case that everyone refers to involved two U16's who were texting n00dz. In yourcase, 17 is a bit older and it depends on your state.
