If you're that worried, there is nothing like a DBan wipe of your computer to erase any traces of anything you don't want on the computer.Of course it will completely erase everything however.

I know if you're caught downloading child pornography (some guy on the news did this accidentally) then the police have a right to charge you. Not sure ifthey can just authorize it like that with no circumstantial evidence.

Sounds like she sucks. Hope she gets nothing out of it.

well i just got windows 7...(ftw)... but everything got erased anyways. even with a search they wont find nothing.

And don't stupid. A basic format and installation won't delete the numbers and images written on the hdd so with the right technology thatthe proper authorities have, they can find it unless u overuse ur hdd and have new things write over everything u deleted

A simple reformat will not completely erase whats on your hard drive. Your best bet is to just trash the hard drive or have a friend hold it for you.

your best bet is to swap the harddrive with another one. destroy the old harddrive.

if you really want to keep the vid, put it on a usb drive and hide it (not at your house).

then when they do search your computer and your house, they wont find anything.
