Same thing is happening here in FL, this guy was billed almost 150.00 for not paying tolls.. But he was using the cash toll not the EZ pass lane.. sounds like a flawed system
Anyone on here been falsely accused of going through EZ-Pass without paying? Updated with evidence

I almost always ask for receipts now and make sure I wait so they can press that "paid" button. I still don't have ez pass, and don't really need it since I take toll roads only a few times a year.

Just received bill for $100 bucks. They claim I didn’t pay two tolls. Going to call them in the morning, not sure how this is possible, I have EZ Pass.
