got it!!!!

You no longer press the power and home button for hard reboot on the 7. Instead its the power and volume down.

Just rebooted it lets see if it's a go.

It worked.

Take note it's not the home button any longer.

Happened to me after I dropped it. The internal screen is cracked. Mines didn't let me even use the touch screen.

probably a software glitch, or someone's messing with you... did u try changing your wallpaper?

if it was hardware issue, the date/time on the screen would also be messed up.

Any way I can retrieve old text messages on my phone? Currently on Ios10. They're texts from February. I've never deleted any texts so it should be there in the hard drive somewhere but the phone won't let me go back that far.

Have you backed your phone up recently?

If so just restore from last backup.

this was actually surprisingly nice in person when I checked it out but after finding out about the Apple leather case having a 1-year warranty, I plan to abuse it and just get a new one every couple of months to make the $50 price worth it
