Dont take this the wrong way, but i thought youd be a lot younger.

It looks like youre having trouble getting a grasp on basic anatomy. I know its not my place, but if youre serious about painting id suggest doing some anatomystudies. Some model sittings would probably help too if its possible.

agreed.^^^. Make some simple pencil sketches. Or draw a skeleton multiple times. When you got the proportions of that, it'll make things a lot easier.Afterwards it's well worth doing some studies on the muscles and the structure of them. Local library should do the trick, copy some Michaelangelo or daVinci sketches of the muscles.
