Most of my significant other's were white. Brought home a white girl in high school. So, they got used to it ever since.

My wife is white. However, you have to call out your parents if they do not act as accomodating. I had to do that when I was in college.

Love is blind mane.

Whoever makes u happy u know
Why is that family
its not that my parents wouldnt approve me dating outside my race, i just dont feel the need to bring my girl home to see my parents, and i also like to keep my love life quiet for my parents because i dont want them to ask silly questions about it

If the pre med one has a good sense of humor shes a keeper.

If she has a dark sense of humor marry her.
Pre-med = traditional + classy + really smart + long-term goal-oriented + I have to take more charge with her

Hypebae (hypebeast + bae) = works in fashion + has a lot of guy friends + almost as witty as me + very tomboy-ish

Both girls' parents are still married for 20+ years. This is really a big factor with me.

I wanna dip my lumpia in both their banana ketchup, faxx
Both chicks fell through.

Pre-med chick is too damn shy.

Hypebae was aggressive, called me out on my sh--, etc.

I gotta reassess my entire game. :alonzo gif

Reminds me of this Filipina chick who was playing too hard to get and I gave up on her. One time she did surprisingly text me really late at night talking bout her house is empty and she wishes I was there. She lived upstate and was like 5-7 hours away. I woke up the next morning and saw the text. I probably would've drove up there if I saw the text right away and she guaranteed I could shoot up the club til I was out of bullets.

That's a drive for some, P. I'm good.

A little late, but a few days ago it was Fred Korematsu's birthday.

I learned about him in my Asian American History class a few years ago. Astounded to learn that Korematsu v USA was never actually overturned.

Damn never heard of Fred Korematsu before. Interesting story.

That black guy that teaches Vietnamese is my favorite

Only time I'll allow cultural exploitation

^ Wait, what?

I just rewatched Master of None and am proud to see Aziz represent for the culture.

We've come far in terms of Asian man representation in the media, but we still have a long way to go.

What is he? Indian? My Indian friends never really grouped themselves with us other Asians.

Interesting

I guess that'll show steve harvey! curious what you find interesting about this?? as i have spent an embarrassing amount of time over the past year watching all kind of niche YouTube videos I didn't know existed from daily vlogs to makeup tutorials...and some making a decent amount of bank. the biggest YouTube channel is of a like a 5 year old named Ryan that reviews/plays with toys while his mom films the tune of a few million views almost every time out...

I always found this weird. I'm half and have always considered myself Asian, and we are classified as Asian throughout Asia and Europe as well.

It's always refreshing to see normal portrayals in the media instead of awkward geeks, cab drivers, cheap restaurant owners, etc. I definitely liked that he focused an entire episode on that.

Anyone have experience dating Asian women from Asia? Man it's difficult, cause my entire life I've been of the "don't try, and they'll come to you" mentality, which works on American born girls but does NOT work on Asian born ones. They want you to put in damn near all the effort :{ :lol It's frustrating because I have to go against all my instincts when it comes to dealing with them.
