vs
Toronto is a industrial/business city. All gray concrete, little green, smog... Vancouver is a harbor city and you can so surfing and skiing in one day. Natural beauty and water all over.
It's a different vibe too. Much more relaxed west coast lifestyle. And the weather is 200x better than anywhere else in Canada. The most you got to deal with in the Winters are -5 and some snow. But its mainly rain.
Just go watch some of the Vancouver 2010 Promos....they'll show you Vancouver.
