Yeah, I just had to confirm that.  Could have been folks wanting to discourage others from getting them.  
I know, its ridiculous.  I didn't follow them, but did anyone bite @ $500?  Just goes to show, resellers don't discriminate.  
And really, glow-in-the-dark... for tennis!?  Yeah, go clubbing in some 2.3's to see them glow in the blacklight.

Did you order your VII's off NDC or any other site?  Looks like the tops of the ankle collars are bent pretty badly.  I remember people pointing that out in the official thread
