There's a restaurant in Italy overlooking Florence that serves incredible Florentine steaks. Extremely expensive, like 80 Euro per steak but well worth it. I think Italians got it right. Cook the steak to perfection and only seasoning is a hint of olive oil and sea salt.

do it, you will not regret it. if money is an issue, go before dinner time. the same never ending steak fiesta for like 10-15 bucks less per person.
