Again, thinking these companies are going the DEI Route because of their moral superiority is flat out naïve.

It has NOTHING to do with "Supporting Trump" vs. "Not Supporting Trump."

Yes, an increasing number of companies are incorporating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) metrics into executive compensation, meaning that senior leaders can receive bonuses or additional pay based on how well they achieve their DEI goals, effectively rewarding them for implementing successful DEI initiatives.

So execs don’t get ONE of their bonuses and they stop hiring women and minorities. Everyone wins?

Idk man, seems like every time we come up with something theres always a, “wait…hold up…but what about…?” Everyone can’t be saved. Gotta crack some eggs to make an omelette.
