Black guy hair cuts

I wanna get a "part" in my haircut but I'm always hesitant with my workplace
Not that it matters what kind of part you thinking?

What profession are you in?

Was wearing cut 3 up there for most of 2019 & into 20 before the pandemic. Went caveman for almost a yr. Just been getting a skin fade last few cuts.

I don’t have the patience or want to to maintain dreads or any long style. I’ll probably end up wanting a different cut sooner rather than later anyway.

Cats be having heavy mental contraints.

Used to hear all the time that I wouldn't find a job and be "allowed" to have locs.

Since I've had locs, I've made the most money in my life, and have gone higher in my career field.

Just do you bruh

I remember the “waves are unprofessional” debate on here awhile back :lol Dark times.

Yea, if you HAVE the job already you are good.

Just go to HR if anyone says anything slick to you.

You work in a corporate office type setting?

I just hate how what they do is considered "right" (Professional).

Yes. I guess I'm more concerned with the idea of it being considered "distracting" or how it could potentially affect future opportunities.

Sad you even have to think about that. :smh:

Im dealing with some of the same things having let my hair grow out.

Boss think he slick calling me Patrick Mahhomes.

Or just bring my hair up at random.

I've never personally dealt with white peoples deep in fascination with black peoples hair before this.

They are in aww.
