Hairline pushed back .. old barber got deported back to Jamaica.. new guy destroyed me.. no shape up for a month to re grow
LMFAO
Since when did the shag gain popularity in areas with high levels of urban youth?
That cut made me shudder when yokels and hillbillies wore it, but that ish is mad prevalent now

Again, like @PRIME said, dudes need to stop squeezing their brains out with the durags, waking up with headaches and ****. I don't have no lines across my forehead, sides, or in the back. Lay the strings flat & tie it loose. It aint hard.
Man what? When I started as a kid all i needed was a lil water on my brush. Brush for a matter of minutes right after the shower & the waves came. Didn't touch it again until I took another shower.
My pops aint know **** about waves or pomade or even durags, when he finally cut his flat top off in the '00s and brushed for a lil bit he had waves all over his head.
I only started putting shea butter in it cause my **** was looking too dry & was too hard, but the waves were already there.

Lmao haha aww man I know that feeling I gotta change barbers tomorrow same barbershop tho , I'm gonna try to go when my normal barber is off now dude been getting too comfortable with messing with my hair
Barbers push your hairline back because they *think* they're making it perfect, completely ignoring the fact that most people's hair does not grow evenly length-wise along their hairline. That's where the push back comes in.
Also, I've noticed barbers are more likely to push my hairline back if they shape it up after they cut my hair down. If I go to the shop after 2-3 weeks of growth and ask for just a line up it they never push it back. Ask em for to take it down, 50/50 chance of pushback.
after a few days of throwing that hair lotion in my head my hairline lookn crazy also

I read this in Rich Homie Quan's voice and am now dying
This, i never go back to a barber after thatIdk how dudes be getting pushed back & they still get a shape up every week and wonder why they look like lebron
The worst feeling is when you know he pushing you back because he keeps going over the same spotthen you see the light skin part of your forehead
Believe me, those ARE Razor Sharp Edge Ups, but the Barber just kept their Lines TRUE & Natural.
I have been rocking the Barack Obama x Denzel Washington "almost but not really" shape up with light waves and a clean face.
I'm done with the razor sharp shape up.
Examples...
Every time i go, I guess I be in the bama *** part of town but I still see stuff like that, Girbaud jeans, Karl Kani/Cross Colours, Coogie Sweaters, and the razor sharp/hard creases in jeansLmao I haven't seen a shag in Dallas in years.
