Still a good listen, however, but the album is above-average at best.

Good album.

What we talkin about, Thank you, already home, forever young, a star is born, so ambitious...

Yeah I really liked this album. I was actually listening to it the other day.

Great songs on it.. Yeah there are some that don't get spins, but man it was overall solid.

I enjoyed it.

Sounds more like an artist 3rd or 4th album and not the 9th or 10th...

Sounded like he was searching for an identity on here...

And it really didn't have an OVERALL sound...

He tried to have some "Futuristic" style but it didn't work...

Where does it rank in the decade?? Not in the top 100... Prolly not top 200... Maybe #246...

One of my favorite Jay albums.

*deleted Off That, Venus vs Mars, and Reminder from my BP3 playlist.

Forever Young = wackest Jay song ever.

American Gangster and BP3 were on two completely different sides of the hov spectrum.  AG had little to no commecial appeal while BP3 was almost a pop album.
AG is what we call a classic...BP3 was a good lil album for radio wit some REALLY good songs mixed in.
