the caddy. better interior. the only thing the 300 has on it is rwd. but it isnt it a sportscar so i dont think its a big deal.

Usually I'd pick a cadillac over a chrysler, but between those 2 particular cars I would pick the 300

I say buy what YOU like and not what others make you like, but anyway I have a 300 and enjoy it alot, but the DTS is a nice car too. You really cant go wrong with either one imo they are both nice cars..enjoy whichever one you get.
