Cheap things you do vol. every dollar counts

Auto mechanics price gouge TF out of the parts they buy.

I've been going on Amazon and buying parts and just paying for labor. For example, mechanic said back up camera was going to cost $500. Went on Amazon and got a better replacement version of the OEM part for $49.99.

car dealerships do that too
they will take the chip/card out of nav systems when cars get traded in/returned from leases and will then upsell " the nav system" for $500+

cards/chip can be found on amazon for $25-75
You know the crazy thing is you’re probably buying the chip from the car dealer on Amazon.

Went to McDonald’s to get a collector’s cup but they told me that their shipment wasn’t coming in until later in the day so come back either later that night or the next day to get my cup. I went back later that night and got it then went back again the next morning and got another one.

It’s back, boys (and girls). :hat
Make sure to get that extra refill and box it up before you leave.

The grocery store I go to has a station where you can buy bags of candy by the pound. I’ve learned that if you bring 1-2 of the individually-wrapped candies up to the cashier the weight doesn’t even register on the scale so they just give me 2 pieces of free candy every time I shop there.

Had to switch up my grocery routine. I get all my snacks from Dollar Tree, my poultry/fresh vegetables/eggs from Rouses/Winn Dixie (local grocery stores in New Orleans), and everything else from Walmart. It's ridiculous how expensive everything has gotten these past couple of years.

I don't know how people grocery shop at Walmart. Food is more expensive there than at the grocery store
