Only if the sale goes through. It's pending approval by the BoG. My guess is that will be second priority after the approval/rejection of the majority percentage sale. Whichever city gets the team will own the other 7% and the other city will withdraw their bid for Cook's percentage.

Nah the Maloofs aren't in this. The reason its at this juncture in the courts is because they passed up on it first as majority owners. 

And yes, I think KJ trying to get the 22 local investors to partner with the minority owners to match the offer.

Good thing the current owners only have to match and not get into a bidding war.
