I don't think so. The only bad thing is the parking sucks in Berkeley but I think it could work. Raiders have a play near by while they build the new stadium and UC Berkeley could use the money cause the Renovation has them in debt.

I hate AT&T or anything other than baseball. Memorial has always had great sight lines and feel but since the renovation it's even better. Any seat in the house you're still right on top of the field.
