Current Coupon Codes - REQUESTS OR ?s = WARNING

Technically the rebates are supposed to be void if you use a separate coupon. I had a coupon code for adidas and used ebates when they were sweet 16 with 16% rebate. I didn't get the rebate, contacted them, and they said because I used a coupon, but they applied it to my account manually anyways. It's ultimately up to the website you buy from

Wow, it was even worse than I thought. Definitely not bad for planned purchases, but not enough of a discount for me to influence me to cop typically.

thats weird. i never had that problem. i was always credited the the percentage of the final sale price after any coupon.

I think according to their fine print the key to using coupons on ebates/befrugal/fatwallet etc. is to always make sure you only use the coupons they list on their listing of the store page. Ex., if you go to Jimmy Jazz's eBates entry, it will list all available coupons eBates will honor, and you need to make sure you only use one of them.

Use code SCHOOL15A on Jimmyjazz to get $20 off $100, $35 off $150, and $50 off $200.

If you have shoprunner you get free 2 day shipping as well.

Question on Ebates...can you use a coupon and still get the whatever percent back through ebates?  or can you simply do one or the other?  So can I use a 15 off of 100 purchase and get ebates percentage as well?

Also, can I get ebates percentage with the use of FNL rewards and GC...?  Thanks in advance...

The official policy is that coupon can void the rebate...but many have gotten the rebate regardless. Basically, YMMV.

Thanks. Also, should the purchase show up on my rebates account right when I submit the order....basically I just bought some Huarache's, I used my WC rewards and GC (from the bordeaux screw up) so I didn't use any actual coupons.  Should I be seeing that purchase on my ebates account already or does it take a few days?  Maybe once it is shipped?  thanks again

Hotels take 40 days  after Check out date to cash back on Ebates

just learned that!

Ebates doesn't credit any cash back on gift card usage. So if the shoes cost $100, and you used a $20 gift card, you should only get cash back on the remaing $80 balance. I learned that a few mos ago when I wanted to go completely hamm on discounts by buying discounted Nike cards, using the clearance promo code and ebates. I read the ebates fine print and found out I couldn't.

As for promo codes, as long as it's a promo code listed on the ebates FinishLine page, you should be fine. If it's not listed, it's a crapshoot.

Finally, you should be getting full credit on your WC for the total purchase, I believe (the full hypothetical $100). Oh, and it might not post on your ebates acct til it ships, though I've had to file claims in the past when I saw the purhase still hadn't showed up after a week or two. Just make sure the "shopping trip" is listed in your ebates acct profile. That way you can reference the trip # if you need to file a claim.

Good luck, and let us know how it all shakes out.

Not true at all
Maybe that's the rules, but not enforced.
95% of my ebates is Nike, and 99% of my Nike purchases are with gift cards.

How do Birthday Codes work? When you sign up can't you just enter in your birthday as a month from now or something?
