Customized Jordan 3 Black Cement w/ blue accents instead of red?

Hey I was wondering if anyone has attempted to do these? Anyone seen these ? If not who do you think would be the best man for the job? I mean real good craftmenship not just some paint.

Its like not too over the top custom but just enough to still remain a classic custom you could still rock in a few years. Im trying to make this right now

white cement definitely go more than the blue on the black cements.. classic Js in blues is just weird cuz u always saw MJ in black/red/white for so long
