Probably not new but they may feature existing heroes.
It would be cool if their mission occurred at the same time as the events of BvS, like you would see those events in the background or they actually use it as a diversion to get access to the Batcave as Bats fights Supes or something.

Both would great choices though Capullos style seems like it'll lend more to Millers original TDKR art better. I guess it would also depend on the colorist how it all goes together. It would definitely be interesting to see how Jim Lee tries to draw a bigger and bulkier Bats.
