O how easily a better movie could have been made..

Could even have thrown in a quick little scene that explained cyborg's origins.. Have him either playing football or in his letterman jacket or something and one of the lex bots causes the damage which leaves him in the state we see him

And dawn of justice or 'superman', would have been a better movie, right?

I guess not at this point.

I mean Singer pretty much has no depth to his filmography. Maybe I was just assuming too much. It's been said Snyder wants to direct a Fountainhead movie. That's just straight up Ayn Rand stuff but I guess he could force action in there. Also there's a movie with Sean Penn he's actually working on (I think for after JL) that didn't sound like an action movie but again I may have been judging a movie by it's title.

Title and direction wise of course just a MOS sequel would've been better but this was the cash in and build the DCU movie. The problem it should've been either or. build the DCU or make this a MOS sequel where Batman represents everybody who had a problem with Supes killing and all of the unnecessary 9/11 imagery.

I just saw this. This movie is kinda weird for me cuz I've never been a Superman fan and I'm a Batman nerd.


I thought Affleck did a good job playing Bruce and Batman. I thought they did a decent job at telling his story considering they had to pack so much into the movie. I wouldn't mind a full Affleck Batman movie.


The dude that played Superman was ok. His character is just boring to me. Only time I was interested in his character was during the fight scenes. And every time Superman is doing something, here comes Lois Lane.


The action in the movie was great. Snyder is great at that. Overall I thought the movie was ok until that big dumb *** monster came to life. That giant monster, fantasy **** is just too much. A strong ending woulda helped a lot. The movie shoulda been better.

"I guarantee you he's read everything (review-wise) ... and he's like: 'OK, these are all the pitfalls my script isn't going to fall into,'" Smith told the crowd.

I want to see him as an underworld boss.. Not necessarily how he is depicted in that film.. More a mafia type that has be portrayed in other DC stuff

But at the same time, if you only look at the $53.8 million it made on its first Friday, that’s still a 71.5% drop. That’s not unheard of, but it’s also not all that great. Here’s are some other major box office drops for a point of comparison:

I think that's the depiction they'd go with, for this verse especially. Suave, mafia/gangster is his typocal portrayal these days as you said.
