How would you rate this one?

Yeah, unfortunately Rex tweeted that one without context, so I thought it was just gonna be something funny. Watched it and almost puked. It's not head/neck related, so in that regard it wasn't QUITE as serious. BUT, still one of the more gruesome injuries I've ever seen and I definitely wish that I could un-see it.
