You can count on Metta to not come through in the clutch. Missed that layup and then could not secure a rebound. Teams are daring Artest to beat them
and that is how they can load up on the side of the floor so Howard or Kobe do not have much space to operate.
Anyone else trust in Artest to beat other teams when he is left wide open?
I wonder how the Hawks can get away with Dhantay Jones being out there and bricking everything while the Lakers can't with Artest. Must be coaching as well.

Lakers shot 3-12 from 3's in the 4th. They should have gone to Howard early in the 4h when they had the lead and Kobe was up. Instead they bricked some 3s and the Hawks got the lead and never looked back.
It disgusts me how Dantoni refuses to run some of the offense through Howard.

Well they were forcing Artest to take 3s all game long. Should have kept going to him more than a few times.

The defense was able to do better in the second half. Almost as if Dantoni made some adjustments defensively. Too bad he can never have the team ready to play defense during first halfs.
All that really matters now is that Kobe is healthy. Hopefully those x-rays and MRI's come in negative.
