Meaning theres a new weapon that replaces its PvE dominance, a new "go to"

did it yesterday and got thunderlord 2 blues turned purple back to back and then i turned in the purple to get the exotic

Won't work. The game recognizes that the engram was earned pre dlc.

its not like you'd level up that other class anyway

That's what I was thinking too.... Ol boy has 2 hunters that only have the gunslinger classes leveled
