not that I'm a DC sports fan, but the Nationals are being projected as the best team in MLB this year

would probably be the wizards or nats.  Caps always seem to choke it up, and the less the skins are talked about the better.  And since you said DMV the bmore teams probably have a higher chance of winning something again sooner than any of the wash teams
