Do you draft players from teams that you hate? Vol. Fantasy Football

Saw this on Mike & Mike and was curious on NTs opinion.

A few examples,
If you're a cheese head, do you draft AD?

If you're a vikings fan, do you draft aaron rodgers?

If you're a jets guy, do you draft brady?

If you love the steelers, do you draft ray rice?

If you roll with the g-men, do you draft vick?

How about if you're a saints fan. Do you draft roddy white? Would you have drafted turner after he came off that 1700 yard season a few years ago?
 
I could care less about what team they play for....i'm playing to win ($ in some instances). If Tony Romo can help me out, then so be it.
 
I am a Vikings fan and avoid anyone else in the NFC North like the plague. If it is a great value, I might pick someone up from the Bears or Lions, but never Green Bay. Do I think this has caused me to be a less successful fantasy owner over the years? Yes. Do I regret it? No. It wouldn't seem right rooting for the other guys.

I thought of earlier today when I had a draft. Im a Steelers fan, I just can't do it.

T Brady, Wes welker, and ray lewis came to me and I passed knowing they'd put up points for me
 
i really didn't enjoy it.. so stopped playing fantasy football and basketball


didn't enjoy being conflicted by my not wanting to do any of these 3 things:
1) root for players playing against the eagles

2) root against eagles' players (if the person i was playing had 1)

3) root for players on certain teams (rooting for teams i hate or dislike)

The reason I don't play fantasy sports. I'm a real fan.
 
hasnt been much of an issue as of late since the Raiders have sucked. That being said, I tend to view Raiders less favorably when I draft. for instance, last night I passed on DMac and too Steven Jackson instead.
 
No, but I always try and get at least 1 player from the Lions on my team, whether it is Megatron, Stafford, Defense, or Best.

Will draft from teams i Hate outside of the division, but refuse to draft from Chiefs, Broncos, and Chargers

Gentlemen, what are we? 12?

It goes beyond just drafting players from NFC North foes, but my favorite QB after the age of 10 was Brett Favre, and one of my favorite QB's right now is Aaron Rodgers.

Sometimes I just like to be a fan of the game.

i refuse to draft jets and colts. although last night i drafted one, with the sole intention of trading them though

I don't hate/dislike anyone so yes. Anyone that allows themselves to fall for loyalty/grudges must not want to win forreal.

I despise this argument.  I play fantasy sports so OMG I'm so not a real fan.
