Do you have any unpopular opinions???VOL....2

Bad jokes go viral now.

I believe everyone has the right to believe whatever they want to believe and I also believe no one has the right to push their beliefs on to anyone else. Think about it before you agree.

Absolutely no reason to use a hot dog roll in the absence of a not hot dog like food item inside that roll.

The, "I need to eat a piece of bread with my food" folks shouldn't use specialty bread to fulfill that craving.

Now it's 8 hot dogs and 7 hot dog rolls in the house.

Turtles all the way down.

I've never washed meat or rice before cooking 8o
Washing meat can be #cultural sometimes I do it sometimes I don’t,but there’s actually a noticeable difference if you rinse rice off a couple times

I’m only talking about chicken I’ve never washed off steak or anything else

That sounds like equating popularity with quality.

There is quality stuff not just in music, but it all forms of art/media that are quality, but relatively unknown.

Plus, if you have a local following that means some people know you. By definition a local scene is going to feature international superstars.

Re: Pumpkin Pie vs. SWEET Potato Pie

Never understood why it has to be an either or. I enjoy both. Those Giant/Safeway Pumpkin pies back in the day were good as well.

I think a lot of folks display "Forced Blackness" by trying to act like Pumpkin Pie is SOOOO nasty

I love pie

Pumpkin pie is great

I just tried a Costco one for the first time and tbh.. not very good

I was surprised. Costco usually holds it down

They're similar enough that you're not gonna have both, so you gotta choose one, with sweet potato clearly being the superior of the 2.

Also I have never in life had a store bought pumpkin or sweet potato pie that was good. They were all absolutely terrible. Ya gotta make it from scratch.

Aint nothing worse than picking up a piece of sweet potato pie just to bite into to find its actually pumpkin pie. I did that once when I was eleven. I didn't eat another piece orange pie that I didn't SEE my mother make again until I Patty Pies hit the scene.

I have never been in an either or situation with the two pies. Never.

If you want a treat substitute yams for sweet potatoes in a pie :lol

Most yams you see in the grocery store are actually sweet potatoes, the term is interchangeable. Actual yams are kinda hard to find. Like I use garnet yams which are technically sweet potatoes.

What I mean is if you are having a party or a gathering you're not gonna get both sweet potato pie and pumpkin pie. You'd get one or the other and maybe another kind of pie like pecan or apple or something. Or maybe that's how you do it on your end but I've never been at a function that has both.
