Do you or anybody you know NOT listen to music?

I'm not talking about a particular genre, just any music in general.

The only real exception I can think of are older people who don't really have a handle on technology, or, because I know somebody will say it, deaf people.

Just something I've always wondered.

I think everyone I know likes music, even the older people. They just like different types.

He got an HDTV, pops on animal planet and passes out in 20 min.
hes been to the theatre a few times and just goes to sleep, snoring too. lmao

my friend used to be heavy into bachata music then he went to church and it was a rap ... that music is bad and he only listen to christian music ..


the dude was a groupie and love bachata and to see the transformation has made me stop talking to him somewhat because its border line crazy .. he alwaystrying to preach to me and I dont like that #%@! and I belive that cat is brain watch for realz ..

Its a controversial subject but I havent read anything that convincingly argues why listening to music should be forbidden in Islam. Remember thatthere are Muslims who say TV or females driving cars is not permitted even though neither tvs or cars existed 1500 years ago. Its just a case of a minority ofmuslims misinterpreting and hijacking the religion.
