Does anyone have any bad verbal habits?

I curse a lot and dont care where I am, I have tendency to say what(like Kanye in run this town verse) and I often call people stupid and didn't realizethat its kinda offensive

i say yeahno or noyeah a lot lately, idk why? i noticed my girl saying it like 3 times when we chilled yesterday so maybe were playing off of eachother?

that and i curse way too much, and change my voice to make it mad ayo when i talk to parents, customers etc. all 3 habbits i wish were easier to break =/

I don't like when people curse in front of kids or old people for some reason. but for me it would be saying um. smh right after too.
