Dress code for sf clubs?

Going to the city soon for my friends bday and wanna know what the dress code is for most clubs.....slacks or jeans? And shoe wise.....any help would be appreciated thanks

Do you know what club?

Its pretty much standard for most clubs no hats, sportswear or baggie clothes.

1015 Folsom/ Mezzanine/Temple/The Cellar- A lot more laid back compared to other clubs.

Clubs a bit more classy

Manor West
Sloane The only club 've ever had problems with so I'd say to be safe always wear dress shoes (my boy wasn't able to get in because of the shoes he was wearing Bouncers will always tell you to tuck in your shirt when coming in and out.

Most people wear slacks or chinos but wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

A collared shirt is a requisite most places.

Sloane is the only place I've been to that requires dress shoes. They usually wont let you in with any type of sneaker.
