It's weird because on one hand I can't tell if it means they'd be more comfortable because the toe is so much wider or just means my foot would move around more and get sore from running. It's odd that they're so much bigger than the other shoes made with the same last.
9 times out of 10 I go with the smaller pair. Not sure how long you've owned yours but don't forget the cork insoles will compress so it makes the issue with the PAs worse (which it did for me). One thing you can do if you have enough pairs to rotate is just wear them during f/w with thicker socks.
