Dressing Better Vol 2.0

How do those polos run? I've had my eye on that brand since I saw them in Casino Royale and that 20% code is tempting. Do they run small/do they shrink in the wash? I'm in between a Medium and Large..wear a 5 in Lacoste and Medium in Polo RL.
They run true to size. I don't recall my Lacoste sizing. I'm usually a small in everything, and I wear a small in them. I don't put any of my shirts in the dryer so no shrinkage.

Feel free to visit my blog and search for 'sunspel' for picture reference. I think we also get a VAT discount since we are outside of the UK, it's been several months since I bought them, so I don't recall exactly.

Ha, thanks guys.  I have to upgrade over this one I am carrying, it was a free one from my mom's hospital.
I bought a generic one from a supermarket like 4 years ago and I'm stil using it

Sometimes for the extra long days, I do pack snacks inside my briefcase too. Laptop, a banana, and a granola bar or something of that nature

Get one of these old school tin/aluminum lunch boxes.

If you want to be baller and are just going to use it for food that doesn't smell like protein/granola bars or some fruit, get the Saddlebacl travel case.

RFX came through in the clutch with the pictures...perhaps bama's secret santa can get that one off Etsy

Saddleback stuff is heavy though. I have the thin medium briefcase and even with light stuff inside, it's pretty heavy and bulky. It feels like I'm carrying a big hammer around.

Damn, fancy lunchboxes too . I'm not a construction worker so I don't need a heavy duty one. I still use plastic bags or brown paper bags if I have them.

I use a backpack I bought off Everlane. Carry my lunch bag in there.

Only got two pairs of IVs and a handful of blu rays. Didn't leave the house.

Within the last 3-4 days:

From J. Crew: 2 ties, a cardigan, Quoddy shoes, vest, jeans.

From Nordstrom: Northface down, Gucci bluchers

From Yoox: Dolce & Gabana sweater

From Finishline: AJ IV (if it doesn't get canceled)

I need to chill.

Work was pretty cool today, very laid back. Having the last 2 days off and not doing much reminds me of how bored I used to be in high school during long breaks.

I refuse to do the in-store thing but I've ordered way too much over the past week. All good deals and things I had my eye on or presents but damn. Thankfully I'm not really into sneakers like that anymore.

It was a random thing, man.

I actually logged onto Gilt to see what kind of specials they had when I woke up this morning. Finishline had my size so I ordered it. I also don't like the instore thing, though I did swing by the mall before work to return a few things.

For Xmas gifts, I shop throughout the year. The only person I have left is mom. I just take her to get whatever she wants.

Once you know your size in various brands, online is the way to go hands down. Not to mention that most of the stuff I buy aren't even available locally anyway.

Anyone have a suit from ASOS? From the pics, I'm liking the fit and the fact that the suit jacket is shorter than "traditional" suits. Prices are great too, around $220 and under, before any discounts, for suit jacket and pants.

Thoughts on this type of jacket?

That pic is Barbour for J. Crew, but JCP has a very similar one on sale for $25 right now.

Lands End has 30% off with free shipping till the 26th. Not sure if this was posted yet.

About to rack up on some plain t's and polos in all colors.

The one on JCP looks like it fits horribly. It's a bad sign when clothes dont even look good on the models

I was looking up more pictures of the Barbour Liddesdale jacket that the JCP one is based on and I don't think it's supposed to be a very "fitted" type of jacket. Some examples:

For $25 shipped and free returns I don't think I have much to lose. I'll post a fit picture as soon as it comes in/if I get a chance to see it in-store this weekend.

Barbour jackets are originally made for outdoors activities so they are not supposed to be fitted. As seen in the pictures, they are meant to be layered under. I have a Barbour jacket and if I just wear it over a shirt, it looks like I'm wearing one of those yellow panchos, that's how loose it is.

I'm thinking of getting a better duffle that the rockstar one I got from the grand theft auto 4 pre order pack :smh:

I actually liked that one a lot. I tried it in a J. Crew store several months ago and opted to go with a different model.

I still use that Rockstar one as a gym bag! One of the zippers broke on it a while ago though.

If you're using it for the gym, those look good. For a travel or weekender type of bag, I would recommend also checking out LL Bean:

So, I was in Austin for Thanksgiving. While there I wanted to visit Barneys COOP. While looking for parking I saw H&M and remembered they carried the MMM collab. I go in and see a navy blue high water suit. I loved it. The quality is much better than Zara and it will require very minimal tailoring if any. So while looking through other things a guy walks by and says they are giving out 50% off coupons on all the MMM stuff down stairs. So I end up with the navy blue suit and the camel colored one. I also picked up the red painted denim. Wanted the white painted ones but, no dice. Also picked up the bag. .

Oh I would just like to say that Jazim that works in Barneys CoOP is bad and shes from Houston which was a plus.

The Black Friday sales weren't great, although I regret not walking into J. Crew's Factory store but they had a line, I think they had 50% off everything but not sure. However, I did find some pretty great deals at Gap Factory Store and was able to get all my christmas shopping done for my family. Picked up the following all for about $180.

Two Sweaters for my sister-in-law
Top and sweater for my sister
Cable Knit Sweater for my mom
PJ Set with 2 fuzzy socks for my niece
PJ Set for my dad
Dark Gray Polo for one of my brothers
Light gray polo for one of my nephews
Burgundy polo for my brother-in-law
Cobalt polo for one my nephews
Gray corduroy pants for one of my brothers
Magenta Cords for my wife
PJ Set for myself

Outside of that headed to Old Navy for PJ pants for my wife at $10, grabbed and Alfani Gray Stripe Dress Shirt for $12 at Macy's and a Panini maker for $10 at Macy's as well.

Yeah, man. Like I predicted, the MMM stuff went on sale. Don't get me wrong, it's probably the best (in term of quality) collab H&M has done thus far, but the prices were just too high for the average H&M consumer.

You guys are stylin' at the gym  For gym, I'm in Under Armour head to socks, including gym bag. Shoes are Brooks for running.

Speaking of Barneys, I got a postcard in the mail today: the sales start on Wednesday, in store and online. Up to 40% off.
