Not too many publishers/developers are comfortable with debuting their titles in their pre-alpha or alpha stages.
 
And even then, if/when developers aren't capable of making their titles look as good [as the Uncharteds, as the GTs, as the MGSs], they're not gonna reveal their gameplay.
