Enjoyed the film and definitely surprised this series improved dramatically after Tokyo Drift. The fact that the writers of the series were able to tie-in Tokyo Drift was really good. Impressed how the story ties in with Statham.
I swear this will all connect to Statham's Transporter movies. Haha.

Saw it tonight.. theater was packed.. this was actually the 3rd time i had attempted to see it.. other two times it was sold out.. this movie is doing crazy numbers...
Movie got me so ready for FF7 ... and unlike most I actually love Tokyo Drift so i hope they bring back more characters from that one..

Saw it early this afternoon. Movie was fire . Liked how they put team vs team. But got even more pumped after the ending . Now FF7 on the way and no better then Statham to show up . FF Series > Star wars > Star trek > fill in the blank.

AWESOME.
I really like how the movie / storyline all plays into each other with this one. Justin Lin did a great job on that. The last action sequence took FOREVER, haha, but it was still dope. The ending though
... cant wait for Fast and Furious 7.

... and please, oh please, BRING BACK THE RACING. I miss the cars, the street racing, the ridiculous gear shifting and nos, thats what made it iconic.

from what i've read, since they pushed for quick filming, the rock might not be in the next one due to conflicts with hercules

They're not bringing back the racing... 5 and 6 were huge successes and they intentionally moved away from racing.
Personally, I think they're still respecting the racing element by featuring a lot of chases and great cars, that's as good of a compromise as we should expect.
