No such thing as clean muscle. No such thing as dirty muscle.Yeah I’ve had friends who tried to put on weight in any way in order to eventually develop that weight into clean muscle.
Putting on weight by any means necessary = putting on fat and muscle aka a dirty bulkNo such thing as clean muscle. No such thing as dirty muscle.
No such thing as turning fat in to muscle
There's muscle and there's fat.
Yeah I know exactly what you are talking about. I bodybuild religiously.Putting on weight by any means necessary = putting on fat and muscle aka a dirty bulk
Enduring a cut whilst holding onto as much muscle as you can while also being able to lift / do more because now your body is used to holding by more weight (of fat and muscle) is what I’m discussing here.
Therefore, once you cut that fat out and keep that “clean muscle”, it’s a way of bulking / putting on muscle.
I’m still new to this and breaking habits of repeating things I’ve heard or misspeaking.Yeah I know exactly what you are talking about. I bodybuild religiously.
But your first post said turning fat in to muscle. No such thing. Then you said clean muscle. Yes I know what a clean bulk and a dirty bulk is but you said clean muscle. Just something people don't say. But I got you
How the hell you get banned from a food thread? Must have been some wild exchanges.
Trying to remember the other cat who got banned from the food thread...?
Bro don’t ruin another thread with this nonsense b
I started posting and explaining about how converting to a plant based diet helped me heal my Squamous Cell Carcinoma... or Stage IV Cancer.
Another NTer mentioned how their family member had cancer.
I attempted to explain how a plant based diet may help their family member.
Then comments like this began to surface.
Is attempting to help... "nonsense?"
...
I was accused of attempting to force "my" beliefs on others... rather than accused of providing 'the" truth... which was a complete deductive argument... that contained a complete premise that supported a complete conclusion.
It was me then me that was then shamed... and then banned.
I felt like a messenger who was killed... for providing truthful information... that the intended recipient of the message... simply did not want to hear.
Videos of himself .. check
Guilt tripping those who don’t agree with him by using his illness .. check
Posting multiple lies that people debunked at a glance .. check
Again, pls don’t ruin another thread that don’t wanna hear it. Go post it in TAN or unpopular opinions.
