The black suede foams sold out, and the wheat foams have dried up, I would be really surprised if these sit long enough to hit $200 or lower

I'm not saying the Knicks will sit for months. I think they'll be around because Knicks colorways just don't sell well.


Black Foams didn't sell out. I seen some last week in the mall.

Wheats, I don't know much about. Thought they were a photoshop and didn't think they would release them. But they were too limited not to sell out.

black foams did not sell out day one, I saw them in stores 2wks after release in my size 11, wheats I can't comment on simply bcuz I never got a chance to see them since i'm not anywhere cool enough to get the limited shoes, I did fail on NDC though, as far these sitting it's a small cult cw, even if these sell out, resellers will take a hit from 7734 on them

I didn't say the black foams sold out DAY ONE, but I do doubt these hit $159.99 like the concord foams, or asteroids etc

I've not brought a retro J since the Flu game XIIs at $170 or was that $160 meh my point is I know that now the price is $180 on non crazy retro's and next yr $190, prices don't surprise me because I keep tabs on the prices of shoes I like to buy no "foam head" should not know what the price of the shoe or be surprised just because they've not brought any in a while bcuz at the very least you should know about your passion IMHO

At this point you're just arguing for the sake of arguing. Got more **** to pay attention to in life than the price of wack shoes. I was literally just trying to answer your question by explaining the viewpoint of someone besides yourself. It seems like you have a hard time with that.

I not arguing with you in the first place as much as conversing, nor am I the only person to point out that why the price should not be a surprise, I got it your not big on shoes, but you can't disappear for a couple yrs and come back thinking they're gonna be the same price as when you last brought them

 also there's about 5 of us discussing this but i'm arguing for the sake of arguing

I'm into shoes I'm just not into subpar foams and extremely tacky, graphic print foams. I know the price has been increasing but I think where nike pulled the okie doke was when they first brought the prove up to $220 and then did 1 drop with some graphics and called them "premium" so they could jack the price to $235. Then the next couple of foams were $235 and all called premium cause of some crappy graphics. Then they dropped another premium pair at $250 and then a couple at $235 if I'm not mistaken. So what happened to $220? I think that's what has people confused/surprised. And I don't think it should just be expected that there's this rapid inflation in price the way we've seem. Jordan's have gone up some in price but few other nike retros if any experienced that kind of price hike.

look how they tried to get people to buy the IDs of the Chucks by putting them as a QS, this is the longest QS I think I've ever seen on nikeid 

 but if they were QS foams at $270 with those options it be gone

my understanding of the concords not being a super success is the upper was white at least that's what I read in discussion earlier when I brought it up, this is why Knick and Volt foams won't sell out is bcuz they don't have a black upper

 suede/nubuck aren't ruined just bcuz they get wet, plus they have water protector for shoes and and it's easier to do/use than your sole protectors

And foams originally look best with a black top. White throws everything off IMO though I still have love for my "concords".

I was making a point that Nike could release an all brown foam with a neon green bottom for the same price as the galaxies and people would worship them.

Too many people these days look at the price instead of the shoe itself.
