Foamposite One "Golden State"

^^^^so if the sole is much thinner than previous foamposite releases then after several wears wouldn't the soles wear out (hole on the bottom of shoe exposing socks). Shouldn't this be more of a reason to pass ?

because this is hands down the ugliest foam color to ever come out. YELLOW..... just in my opinion... an all yellow shoe is a dog

Exactly, but I wouldn't expect the sole to wear out in just a few wears it'll take some work for the sole to really deteriorate but yea a thinner sole is not a good thing

I hope this thinner sole isn't the corner Nike's gonna cut on future foams ....I'm not getting these but I don't want this issue on future releases

This. The foams from 2009 and before had better quality. At the same time the quality of the current foams are still good but not better than 2009 and before.
