When I was a broke, working multiple jobs, and trying to get through school, a crockpot saved me multiple times. So for that, I will never throw dirt on its name.
But to be honest I mainly made stews and chili in them.
Now I got time, I like the process of cooking, and enjoy the aromas of something cooking. Catch me in the kitchen like....

smellin like food? Dont u mean booze and weed ?Nothing worse than leaving somewhere smelling like food. I practically go in my underwear to my in-laws. I'll show up in 20 degree weather in flip-flops, b-ball shorts, and a T. They haven't caught on

A lot of times, food smells get stuck to the walls in peoples houses...no joke. It's nauseating. Back in the day, I went looking at a potential house...it was vacant, but it REEKED of what was cooked over the years.
