FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Good ****. I wanna get into boxing. I got good hands.

I think people understandably look at boxing as an “aggressive” sport and it obviously is in some respects.

Great release of tension and aggression throwing punches.

I personally like it because I feel like it also keeps the mind sharp. Staying focused. Reacting to punches coming to slip/weave etc.

One of the guys I train with also does these tennis ball drills that keep the mind sharp.

I don’t spar anymore. All mittwork. Not trying to take punches at this point. I need to save all the brain cells I have

Threw some bacon in the oven today at 400. Still feel like I can never get it as crispy as I want when I do it in the oven. Annoying.

I also had a "foreman grill" but I don't know what caused me to chuck it.
Don't know what I'd use it for now tho.
Could make a good pa nee nee press

When I’m eating clean (basically all the days I don’t post some wild **** in here :lol) I eat turkey burger patties for dinner cooked on the Foreman grill.

Havent used a foreman grill since college either.

But I recall what I use to cook in it; hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken breast, bacon, grilled cheese, etc. Once tried making a steak in one

I have no reason to use one today unless I was being very lazy with my cooking.

Everything I would use the GF Grill for, I can just cook in a pan. No need to have an extra appliance around.

I just had no clue what I was doing in college, so the GF Grill made sense for me.
