I don't know about that butter aged steak, I know they both look good cooked. However just hard to wrap my head around them.
Also if it is for me, I am cutting off a lot of that fat before it gets to my plate.

The best sandwich you can get is a cold sandwich. Prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, basil, olive oil & baslamic on a semolina hero.
95% of the sandwiches I eat are hot, but that one is the GOAT and doesn't benefit from any sort of toasting/oven time.

Never got around to posting these from last week at Coopers Hawk Restaurant and Winery in Ashburn.
Carne Asad’s flatbread was on point, steak was light to.
Crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich was good I liked the spicy honey that it comes with.
Didn’t want to get anything to big or heavy because we were going to the movies after and wanted something that could stand reheating.
