I don't know about that butter aged steak, I know they both look good cooked. However just hard to wrap my head around them.


Also if it is for me, I am cutting off a lot of that fat before it gets to my plate.

Never got around to posting these from last week at Coopers Hawk Restaurant and Winery in Ashburn.

Carne Asad’s flatbread was on point, steak was light to.

Crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich was good I liked the spicy honey that it comes with.

Didn’t want to get anything to big or heavy because we were going to the movies after and wanted something that could stand reheating.

i really dislike folks that go to restaraunts
and just order basically something
they coulda got at cfa or mcdonalds
 
I see that 2 piece plantain special is country wide. Idk why they be so stingy with the plantains :lol:

Are those veggies in the corner of my box a normal side at most other spots? I have zero desire to eat any of that. Give me more plantains.
 
I've actually never had Katz and I've been meaning to go for years. Just never got around to it, but don't think I can justify $22+ for a sandwich and pickle.

I don’t disagree but they do give you a ****load of pastrami to the point where I lived off the last one I had for like 3-4 days total :lol:
